Any candidate recruited by Westwood + Wilshire that leaves our client company within the first six months of employment, will be replaced at no additional fee to the client. If a suitable replacement is not found within a subsequent four month period, the entire fee will be refunded.

Our off-limits policy is very clear.  We do not recruit any employee from a client organization.  In the unlikely event that a client relationship would end, this commitment continues for a minimum of one year.
